Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models optimized for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Build pipelines that integrate relevant data sources with LLM-generated outputs (e.g., RAG pipelines).
• Develop and optimize prompts for improved LLM performance and cost-efficiency.
• Design and maintain APIs to interface with AI components and applications.
• Analyze diverse datasets and metrics to uncover actionable insights using AI/ML methods.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and create compelling visualizations.
• Deploy AI models from development to production, supporting the full ML lifecycle.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and machine learning methodologies.

About you

• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tokenization.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Knowledge of agent-based systems, including LangChain or custom-built logic.
• Proficiency in Python (and optionally R) for data science and machine learning tasks.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Skilled in data manipulation and visualization using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Solid foundation in the mathematics and statistics behind ML algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• A curious, self-motivated mindset and eagerness to learn.

It would be a plus to have

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text mining
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure in AI/ML domain
• Experience with source version control systems like Git and familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
