Atlassian Sales Representative
We’re looking for an experienced Atlassian Sales Representative to help expand our footprint and drive growth.
After the ramp-up phase you will own and proactively lead the end-to-end sales process for the assigned products and clients.
This means that you will be involved in planning, forecasting, active prospecting and lead generation, lead qualification, presenting and demoing, offer preparations, negotiations and deal closing, as well as, nurturing of existing clients and sales administration.
As an Atlassian Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our customer base, identifying and closing new opportunities, and positioning our Atlassian services and products as a key solution for prospective clients.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for Atlassian
solutions and services
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
● Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
● Maintain a deep understanding of Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.) and communicate their value propositions effectively
● Work closely with technical teams to ensure clients’ requirements are met during the sales cycle and after implementation
● Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasted sales
● Attending industry conferences and networking events to expand your professional network and generate leads
● Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
About you
● 2+ years of experience in IT sales, ideally with SaaS products and solutions
● Familiarity with Atlassian products and their applications in business environments
● Proven track record of success in sales
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
● Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for establishing trust and credibility with key stakeholders
● Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
● Willingness to travel to client sites as required
● Proficient in written and spoken English
It would be a plus to have
● Strong understanding of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket)
