Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

HR Assistant (Maternity Cover)

This is a temporary position covering maternity leave for a limited period, of at least one to one and a half years, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position depending on business needs and performance.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners and GET employees by administering and streamlining essential HR processes. You will be involved in administering the recruitment and performance management processes, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of HR initiatives. We are looking for an analytical individual with strong attention to detail, as well as a creative person who is capable of organizing internal events and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

● Providing administrative HR support to HR Business Partners and GET employees
● Administering Performance Appraisal process from planning and scheduling PA meetings, processing information, managing documentation flow to controlling documentation accuracy, completion and process time frames
● Being in charge for all administrative tasks during the recruitment process, from preparing recruitment documents, scheduling interviews, monitoring recruitment timetables, drafting and placing adverts, logging application forms, administering recruitment campaigns through the public recruitment channels
● Creating a positive candidate experience by supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
● Administering onboarding and departing process by ensuring that all the tasks are completed timely and in accordance with the HR procedures
● Organizing various company events related to HR (e.g. job fairs, team buildings, employee events etc)
● Administering and monitoring the employee benefits and loyalty program on a monthly basis
● Being proficient in using all internal tools for HR processes and providing administrative support for the automation of these processes as needed
● Collaborating with internal tools developers to improve, automatize and resolve queries related to HR processes
● Updating and maintaining internal HR databases, records, and reports with accurate data that reflect current staff conditions and details
● Providing administrative support for HR priority projects, including updating relevant reports and tracking important deadlines
● Updating and revising HR and company policies and procedures based on inputs from relevant stakeholders

About you

● Previous 2 years of experience as HR Administrator or HR Assistant
● Hands on experience with different job applications portals Poslovi infostud, LinkedIn, Joberty, etc)
● Hands on experience in recruitment administration (scheduling interviews, candidate database management etc)
● Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
● Analytical person with great attention to detail
● Creative approach in planning and organizing employee events
● Strong communication skills (phone, email and in-person)
● PC literacy and experience with Google Workspace or MS Office
● Proficient in written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

● Understanding of IT industry and IT market in Serbia
● Previous experience in administration of HR processes
