Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:
IT Marketing & Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
● Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand needs and then develop customized solutions to drive leads and increase sales focusing on digital channels
● Create and implement digital B2B marketing plan and strategy in order to promote GET products and services
● Create and implement sales strategies in order to increase sales of GET products
● Fully understand all GET products and services and create promotion plans based on their specifics
● Manage the full sales and digital marketing process from driving new leads through the proposal and presentation process to closing
● Develop creative content for various digital channels Email, presentations, other materials (e.g. mini websites in popular CMS systems, etc.)
● Generate, nurture and manage a pipeline of interested leads
● Proactively seek and propose new business, cross-sale, and up-sale opportunities
● Provide insights, analysis and reports on key performance indicators and performance metrics
● Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients and external partners
● Support other teams in all digital marketing and sales activities
About you
● You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in IT companies
● Experience in setting and managing marketing strategies for B2B businesses
● Experience in sales activities
● Solid knowledge of digital marketing and sales channels
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, FacebookBusiness Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
● Ability to utilize technology to engage current and potential customers and clients
● Strong business development focus and sales experience
● You have experience delivering specific goals, tracking metrics, and achieving KPIs
● English language at C1 level or higher
● Very good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● You are a creative problem solver and thinking outside the box approach is your way of doing things
● You have outstanding presentational skills
● Strong Client orientation
It would be a plus to have
● German language at B1 level or higher
● Experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing
